A Journey Built on Vision, Service and Hope

The story of Chikka Federation of India is one of vision, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to creating positive social change.

The journey began with Dr. Santosh Kumar, whose passion for community service started at the age of 18 while he was still a student. During those years, he volunteered with several reputed social organizations and actively participated in community development initiatives.

These experiences inspired him to dream of building an organization that could create long-term, meaningful impact.

2000

The Beginning

A Vision That Chose Service Over Comfort

In 2000, at just 22 years of age, Dr. Santosh Kumar founded Chikka Federation of India.

Although he had an excellent academic record from his school years through his B.Com. (Hons.), he chose a different path instead of pursuing a conventional government or corporate career.

He dedicated himself to serving society by building an organization focused on people, communities and sustainable development.

Building Something Bigger Than An Organization

From the very beginning, Chikka Federation of India brought together passionate individuals who shared a common vision of building an inclusive, equitable, and sustainable society.

Over the years, the organization steadily expanded its work into areas such as healthcare, women's empowerment, education, sanitation and hygiene, environmental conservation, youth leadership, skill development, humanitarian response, human rights, and community development.
